Cancellations after an order is in progress will require payment for work completed. ORDER STANDARD PRACTICES ORDERS - No phone orders accepted. Orders must be emailed or faxed. Please include your ASI, PPAI or Sage number on your PO. RUSH ORDERS - If production schedule allows, charges for rush orders are based on time constraints and complexity of the order. Contact us for availability and pricing. RETURNS - A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns on blank goods plus any freight charges. No returns accepted after 30 days of shipping. PRODUCT VARIATION/PRICE CHANGE - Due to measures beyond our control, color variation among products (e.g. different lot size shipments from the factory, photo illustration vs. actual products) may exist. Prices are subject to change without notice. CUSTOM ITEMS - Overseas orders are available for custom items. We can match any PMS color for the product if minimums for that item are met. A 50% down payment is required on all custom orders. Samples are provided on all custom orders for approval prior to production. Normal lead time is approximately 12 weeks after receipt of order, artwork and down payment. GENERAL INFORMATION EPOLY PRODUCT TESTING & PROP 65 COMPLIANCE All of our products are Prop 65 compliant and lead and phthalate free. All factories making products for us have product tested at random from our stock. We do this to ensure that the actual product being shipped is compliant. The factories are not aware of when tests are performed or on which items. This assures the integrity of the testing. All items made for us are blind embossed with our logo, made in China, factory code and recyclable symbols. The factory code contained within the blind embossment is a code so we can identify which factory produced the merchandise. This is essential in the event of any kind of problem with stock; and with our strict procurement procedures we do not anticipate this ever happening. If specific tests are required for your order, we can accommodate this via PPAI/ASI testing partners, however, there is a charge from the testing firm.
