RUSH ORDERS - If production schedule allows, charges for rush orders are based on time constraints and complexity of the order. Contact us for availability and pricing. RETURNS - A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns on blank goods plus any freight charges. No returns accepted after 30 days of shipping. PRODUCT VARIATION/PRICE CHANGE - Due to measures beyond our control, color variation among products (e.g. different lot size shipments from the factory, photo illustration vs. actual products) may exist. Prices are subject to change without notice. CUSTOM ITEMS - Overseas orders are available for custom items. We can match any PMS color for the product if minimums for that item are met. A 50% down payment is required on all custom orders. Samples are provided on all custom orders for approval prior to production. Normal lead time is approximately 12 weeks after receipt of order, artwork and down payment. EPOLY® PRODUCT TESTING & PROP 65 COMPLIANCE All our products meet Proposition 65 requirements and are completely free of lead and phthalates. QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTING - We maintain product integrity through random testing of items selected directly from our inventory. Our factories are unaware of when testing occurs or which specific products will be tested, ensuring unbiased results that reflect the actual products being shipped to customers. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION - Every item we manufacture includes a blind embossed mark containing: • Our company logo • Factory identification code • Recyclable material symbols The factory code serves as a crucial tracking tool, allowing us to quickly identify the manufacturing source of any product. This traceability is essential for addressing any potential quality issues, though our rigorous procurement procedures are designed to prevent such problems. ADDITIONAL TESTING SERVICES - If your order requires specific testing beyond our standard compliance verification, we can arrange this through our PPAI/ASI testing partners. Additional testing services incur charges from the testing firm, which we will communicate to you based on your specific requirements.
